Legal

1. Copy of the property title
2. Copy from the mortage office stating the legal owner of the property
3. Paper from the mortage office stating that there are no other loans or claims from third parties
4. Copy from the district"s land registry

Referring to the property

1. Building permit
2. Plans of the existing building and of the land (topographic)
3. Confirmation that the building has been constructed according to the valid laws about earth quake security
4. Estimate of the budget required for building or renovating the property

For the disbursement of the loan

1. Comfirmation of the pre-registration of the property on the purchaser"s name at the land register office
2. Confirmation that the property is free from other mortages and claims from third parties
3. Control information about the purchaser from the tax office
4. It is possible that the bank will ask for additional documents
